Gary Keen Design (GKD) and Commercial Design Management (CDM) is a boutique building design practice specialising in high end residential projects and commercial and industrial building design across a broad range of projects. The practice, established in 1985 by Gary Keen, offers an innovative, design driven service handling all aspects of building design.

 Our services include concept development, council approval, detailed design and drafting, documentation, project management and contract administration. We believe a successful design is that which meets our clients’ needs and exceeds their expectations.
